New school, New People, New Hell [open]

Faith just sat back and watched before she let her eyes wander, yet again, she wasn't needed. Maybe she could get up without being noticed. Sneak off and go for a wander through the woods, it wasn't too late to do so. She would wait a little longer until she could think of a good excuse that wouldn't sound like a lie, since the last time she had tried Edward had sussed her out too quickly and she felt like a fool. The boy seemed to like Edward, lots of people did, of course, he was gorgeous. She had to back down, allow the more gorgeous people to take him, there wasn't room around him for her.

Jace looked to Faith and smiled, "And what about you?" he asked, nudging her gently with his elbow. She seemed to be away with the fairies, rather quaint really. He would have thought that everyone would be arrogant and proud of what they could do, showing it off at every moment. Obviously he had been wrong. Again. It seemed his father had left out the part of actually trying to socialise with people.

Edward nodded "It's useful to an extent, But..it's destructive other wise" He admitted then glanced over to Faith, she seemed suddenly down, He frowned lightly. If people liked him he was often oblivious to it. He watched her for a moment the way she shifted slightly He gave her a look as if to say "you cannot leave me" He then sighed and looked back to Jace "So I'm gathering you can contol you talent then?" He shook his head "I doubt i'll ever tuely be able to control mine, I don't think I really ever want to" He mused, undecided.

Faith shook her head as she looked to the boy and gave a small, polite smile as she sat up, pulling some grass with her hand as she did so. "Web slinging and agility, But I can't control the web slinging bit yet, its rather embarrassing so I try not to do it much, hence why I am only a side-kick and have to go to the support classes." Faith said softly, her sky blue eyes were soon avoiding peoples gazes again, feeling nervous.

Jace raised his eyebrows, "I see." He turned his gaze back to Edward and cocked his head, "Yes i can. You should learn how to control it fully, you can do marvellous things once you get the hang of it." His eyes glazed over slightly as he remembered all the things he had done with his powers, most of which were highly illegal. He looked at Faith again and smiled, "I'm sure an intelligent girl like you will be able to control it."

"Inelligent?" Faith snorted as she then covered her face with her hands to hide her embarrassment, "I would hardly call myself that," She spoke softly but her voice was still barely audible, even to herself as she glanced at Edward and gave him a loving smile, one of the many that were beginning to show around him instead of a hate filled glare.

Edward listened lightly and replied "Maybe, maybe not we shall have to see." He shrugged lightly then turned to look at Faith catching her smile he too returned it lightly, it was deffinatly a think lin between love and hate, where they truely stood Edward didn't know, he then looked to Jace and smiled casually. "I suppose it would be good to control my powers, but, to do that you have to control your emotions surely?"

"I think you have a point there, My emotions are all over the shop so that could be the root of all my probolems," She nodded in agreement before she looked away, his smile made her lips curled into another grin as she felt her cheeks burn. Quickly, she moved her hair so it would cover her flushed cheeks, it was awkward and she felt stupid around them.
